1. Service Description

Kahf Internet provides internet access services with network-level content filtering designed to block harmful, inappropriate, and non-permissible content. The service includes DNS-based filtering that blocks access to adult content, gambling sites, phishing attempts, malware, anti-Islamic material, and other categories deemed harmful.

Kahf Internet operates as a specialized internet service provider (ISP) in Bangladesh. All internet packages come with built-in content filtering that is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during both peak and off-peak hours.

2. Acceptable Use

By subscribing to Kahf Internet services, you agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws of Bangladesh and these Terms & Conditions. You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent or bypass the content filtering system
  • Resell or redistribute the service without prior written authorization from Kahf Bangladesh Ltd
  • Use the service in a manner that disrupts or degrades the network for other users
  • Install or operate servers, proxies, or VPNs designed to bypass filtering
  • Use the service to transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content

3. Subscription Terms

Kahf Internet subscriptions are available on a monthly basis. Subscribers may choose from the following packages: Star (10 Mbps), Gold (15 Mbps), Platinum (20 Mbps), Diamond (30 Mbps), and Titanium (40 Mbps). All packages include network-level content filtering.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the subscriber. Kahf Internet reserves the right to modify package offerings, speeds, and features with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for Kahf Internet services must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cash payments at authorized collection points.

Failure to make timely payment may result in temporary suspension of service. A grace period of 7 days will be provided before service suspension. A reconnection fee may apply for service restoration after suspension.

5. Installation & Equipment

Kahf Internet will provide necessary equipment for service connection, including any routers or network devices required for content filtering. This equipment remains the property of Kahf Bangladesh Ltd and must be returned upon termination of service.

Installation is performed by Kahf Internet's authorized technicians. Subscribers must provide reasonable access to their premises for installation and maintenance purposes. Any damage caused by the subscriber to Kahf Internet equipment will be the subscriber's financial responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kahf Internet strives to provide reliable service with maximum uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Kahf Internet shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, or government actions
  • Temporary slowdowns due to network maintenance or upgrades
  • Content that may inadvertently pass through the filtering system
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
  • Third-party services or content accessed through the internet connection

7. Service Level & Uptime

Kahf Internet targets a minimum of 99.5% network availability on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to subscribers at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. For service disruptions exceeding 24 hours, affected subscribers may be eligible for service credits upon request.

8. Termination

Subscribers may terminate their service by providing at least 7 days' written notice to Kahf Internet. Upon termination, the subscriber must return all Kahf Internet equipment in good condition.

Kahf Internet reserves the right to terminate service if a subscriber violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to make payment within the grace period. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

9. Privacy

Kahf Internet respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Kahf Internet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or notice on our website at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
